A message from the creator of The Mindful Road:

"I can't imagine living my life without the mindfulness that I have discovered. I worry less, and this has given me such space for life itself. As my website title indicates it is a road or a journey. I would like to spread the word and share what I have gained from this journey. A line from "The Road Not Taken" by one of my favourite poets, Robert Frost describes this road well:

The Mindful Road can offer you the latest Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques to help you cope with stress, anxiety and many more modern day problems.
