has recently finished a teacher training programme in Mindful Eating Conscious
Living with Dr. Jan Chozen Bays and Char Wilkins. She found that she could draw
on her mindfulness skills to hone in on her own relationship with food. From this
programme and her own experience with numerous diets, she realised that diets
just don't work.
Shelly will be taking her experience of teaching and
practicing mindfulness; combining this with a passion to truly embody mindful
eating, to deliver an inspirational mindful eating programme.
